Estimated delivery times within South Africa:

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.

ZorioShop.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

10. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.


11. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
